Billing Policy

This Billing Policy constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Digital Dimensions LLC ("Digital Dimensions", the "Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your rights and responsibilities for products and services purchased from Digital Dimensions LLC, its brands and its subsidiaries. You agree that by making a purchase, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms in this policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM MAKING PURCHASES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Billing Practices

3D Secure Verification

In order to ensure the security of our customers' transactions, we may require 3D Secure Verification for card payments. This may involve additional steps to verify the identity of the cardholder, such as entering a password or providing information related to the card.

Card Pre-Authorization

We may pre-authorize cards for the full amount of the payment prior to charging the card. This is done to ensure that sufficient funds are available for the transaction and to minimize the risk of declined payments. Pre-authorizations may appear as pending transactions on your statement, but will be released automatically by your bank within a few days.

Failed Subscription Payments

In the event that a subscription payment fails, we will re-attempt the payment up to 8 times over a period of 3 weeks using the card(s) on file for the subscription. If all attempts to process the payment are unsuccessful, the subscription will be cancelled and you will need to update your payment information if you wish to re-subscribe.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the customer through the customer portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
