Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Digital Dimensions LLC ("Digital Dimensions", the "Company", "we", "us", and "our") handles refund requests and disputes.

Standard Refunds

We understand you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer a three (3) day refund policy.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisified with your purchase, you may be eligible to recieve a full refund. The following terms apply:

  • You have 3 calendar days to request the refund from the date the invoice or payment was made
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Digital Dimensions, online through an Official Digital Dimensions site, can be returned to Digital Dimensions. Digital Dimensions, products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Products Purchased with a promotion that exceeds 50% of the product cost
  • Electronic Downloads
  • Specialty Products (Memberships, Priority Ticket Purchases)
  • On-Off Products (i.e SSL)
  • Clearance Products
  • Processing Fees

Additionally, Digital Dimensions LLC, its agents and representatives reserve the right to deny any return or refund for any reason except where required by law.

Refund Process

Refunds that are accepted will be issued to the original payment method on file when available unless one of the following conditions are met:

  • You request a refund via Account Credit
  • Malicious activity is suspected (This will result in a denied refund)
  • The refund request is accepted outside of the 3 day refund period, in this case the refund will be issued via Account Credits
  • The original payment method is no longer valid, in this case the refund will be issued via Account Credits

Special Handling Products are subject to a 15% data processing fee, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount processed.



If you believe your card was used fraudulently for a purchase on our site, please contact our payment support team immediately. If you contact us beyond ninety (90) days of the purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund, please contact your banking institution or card issuer in this case.


If you believe an error occured (pricing error, undelivered product), we will happily provide you a 200% refund (a full refund and the purchased product). You must report the error to us within thirty (30) days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
